This page explains what personal data DJ Tonex (Daniele Tonelli) collects through djtonex.com, why, and how it is protected. This site and its data are hosted within the EU.
When you use the Check Availability form: your name, email, phone (optional), wedding date, venue/region, guest count and message. When you submit a review via a personal invite link: your name, country, wedding date/location, rating, review text and an optional photo. Standard technical data (page views, country, device type) is collected via privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies or track individuals.
Solely to reply to your enquiry, plan your wedding if you book, and — with your explicit consent — to publish your review as a testimonial. I never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Data is stored with Supabase on EU-based infrastructure. Emails are sent via Resend. Both providers act as data processors under GDPR.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing dj.tonex.it@gmail.com. Review submissions can be withdrawn from publication at any time.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, to plan your wedding, after which it is deleted unless you ask to be kept on file. Published reviews are kept until you ask for removal.
